I love sharing these recipes by my grandma with you and hope you will enjoy them as much as I do! Rusks are double-baked bread dough. Dough is placed in pans and baked like bread, after which long chunks are cut or broken off and slowly rebaked to a dry consistency. Rusks are typically dunked in coffee to soften, before being eaten.
